Thank you for choosing to participate in a BNG Network Agency event. We want to make sure you clearly understand what to expect when purchasing a ticket or registering for one of our events.
Grant Cardone & 10X Business Program
BNG Network Agency is part of the Grant Cardone 10X Business Program ecosystem and works with business coaches and certified business coaches who incorporate applicable 10X principles, strategies, and training into our programs.
Please Note: Grant Cardone will not be personally attending or speaking at BNG events unless specifically stated in the official event description or promotional materials.
The reference to Grant Cardone, the 10X Business Program, or 10X strategies does not mean that Grant Cardone will personally appear at, host, speak at, or participate in an event unless specifically announced.
BNG events are hosted and facilitated by BNG Network Agency and its business coaches, certified business coaches, speakers, partners, and event representatives.
Event Registration & Tickets
When you purchase a ticket to a BNG event, your registration reserves your place at that specific event.
Event dates, times, locations, speakers, sponsors, and programming may change when necessary. BNG will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered attendees.
No Refund Policy
All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.
We understand that schedules and circumstances can change. While we do not provide monetary refunds, we want to provide flexibility whenever possible.
Event Credit Policy
If you are unable to attend an event, you may request a credit toward a future BNG event by notifying us at least 15 days before the scheduled event date.
To request a credit, please contact BNG directly before the 15-day deadline.
Credits may be applied toward an eligible future BNG event and are subject to availability.
Requests received less than 15 days before the event may not qualify for an event credit.
Event credits are not redeemable for cash and are not considered refunds.
Event Attendance
Registration does not guarantee that you will meet or personally interact with a specific speaker, sponsor, business owner, or attendee.
BNG events are designed to provide opportunities for networking, education, referrals, business development, and professional connections. However, BNG does not guarantee specific leads, referrals, sales, partnerships, revenue, or other business results.
Photography & Media
By attending a BNG event, you acknowledge that photographs, video, or other media may be captured during the event and may be used by BNG Network Agency for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
If you have concerns regarding photography or media usage, please contact the BNG team before the event.
